Reflecting On a Record Year

As we close Fiscal 2026, I’m reflecting on what an extraordinary year it has been for Proconex. Together, we achieved a company record of more than $200 million in orders, a milestone that reflects the dedication, innovation, and commitment our employees demonstrate every day.
Throughout the year, we made significant progress on strategic initiatives that will help shape our future. These efforts are creating new opportunities for our customers, our business, and our employees.
We also continued investing in our people. We welcomed new employees, interns, and co-ops, expanded training and development opportunities, and strengthened our talent acquisition efforts.
One accomplishment I’m especially proud of is the continued strength of our culture. From the launch of the Culture Club to increased employee engagement, wellness initiatives, professional development opportunities, community involvement, and social events, we have continued to build a workplace where people can thrive. Our culture remains one of our greatest competitive advantages.
As we look ahead to Fiscal 2027, we have tremendous opportunities to grow, innovate, and expand while staying true to the values that have guided us throughout our history.
The Proconex Run Club was introduced.
We enjoyed a fun End of Summer Carnival party at our Royersford HQ.
We played in a handful of charity golf tournaments.
