Our Emerson-Certified Experts have completed a minimum of 220 hours of training and have completed multiple system upgrades consistent with Emerson’s documented upgrade process. More experienced upgrade engineers are differentiated based on the quantity and complexity of systems upgraded, which is subject to review by Emerson’s certification board. All SMEs must keep current with additional training, in order to maintain their certification.
