Onsite Technical Support

A member of the Proconex Technical Support Team will conduct an in-person walkdown at your facility, scheduled by one of our Application Engineers. Depending on the extent of the issue, our Support Technicians can assist you by ordering and installing parts, as well as handling upgrades and modifications, as needed. Our technical support team has extensive expertise with all types of Valves, Actuators, Controls, and Process Automation. Someone with specific expertise that applies to your industry will be assigned to your account.

We provide lifecycle services for Control Valves, Isolation Valves, Safety/Pressure Relief Valves, Process Instruments, Actuators, Regulators, and Process Skids.
