There is no higher priority to Proconex than the safety of our customers, partners and employees. Acknowledging the reality of the ongoing threat of COVID-19 to the health of our communities and businesses, we stand committed to supporting our customers 100%. We are fully operational, working remotely for many, but available for product shipments from our warehouse and repair services at our service centers in Royersford, PA; Wysox, PA; and Swedesboro, NJ. In addition, we are coordinating our efforts with our Emerson Impact Partners across North America, as well as the Emerson Lifecycle Services facility in Burlington, NJ.

If you have a need to reach your Account Manager or require technical support, we are available, both technically and commercially, through virtual engineering environments, as well as remote collaboration and virtual meeting capabilities. Our warehouse operations in all locations are open, and our supply chain partners are fully operational to provide you with the parts and products you need. We have business continuity plans in place to ensure that we are available to assist you with your facility’s operational needs.
