Proconex HyJeans Day Supports Local Community

Proconex employees rallied to support two local organizations, Laurel House in Norristown– a comprehensive domestic violence agency, and Open Door Ministry in Royersford – an organization that provides community-based programs, including a food pantry and thrift shop.

To support these organizations, Proconex employees donated hygiene products such as laundry detergent, toothpaste, bath soap, diapers, cleaning products and various other products that some community members need and are not able to purchase with food stamps.

April 7th was deemed HyJeans Day at Proconex, during which employees who donated hygiene items were invited to skip normal office attire and wear jeans for the day.

In true Proconex spirit the donations started rolling in well in advance of HyJeans day and in total, employees collected 240 pounds of hygiene products!
