Our global pharmaceutical manufacturing client was installing nearly 100 bioreactors and small benchtop units at their single-use facility when COVID hit. The Proconex DeltaV™ project implementation team immediately went to work rethinking their project plan to determine how to use remote technologies to pull this off, and hopefully stay on schedule.
Proconex was able to go from proof of concept to fully functional software during a pandemic which was an enormous challenge—particularly with 3 different bioreactor companies involved, in 3 different countries, requiring 3 different integrations—not to mention testing and commissioning.
