Daniel Orifice Meter Tubes
PROD-flow-daniel-orifice-meter-tube
Daniel™ Orifice Meter Tubes significantly minimize the adverse effects of turbulence on flow measurement accuracy by expertly combining a Daniel orifice fitting (Senior™, Junior™, Simplex™ or Orifice Flange Union) and a flow conditioner or tube bundle with the appropriate upstream and downstream pipe lengths based on end user requirements.
Built by code-qualified welders with decades of experience, Daniel meter tubes adhere to the hightest quality standards to ensure internal roundness, a smooth, even surface finish, and precise alignment with no steps or offsets for enhanced long-term measurement performance. Pre-assembly at the factory allows for rapid installation to save time and reduce startup costs.

Features

  • The key requirements of a successful gas measurement solution are speed and accuracy. Upgrading your Daniel Gas Ultrasonic Meter to 3410 Series Electronics provides expanded meter capabilities and helps to ensure rapid measurement accuracy. A 3410 Series
  • Significantly minimize the effects of turbulence with precise alignment that eliminates steps or offsets
  • Simplify startup and improve long-term use with one .5-in and one .75-in branch connection on the downstream tube
  • Meet application and/or installation needs with weld fitting and ends that can be beveled, flanged or reduced
  • Ensure performance in accordance with ASME with optional hydrostatic testing to 1.5 times operating pressure
  • Rely on thorough testing of tap hole and plate seal integrity following pressure testing
  • Verify and allow for field compensation using factory-supplied micrometer and internal surface roughness readings
  • Improve durability and extend product life with optional sand-blasted and corrosion-resistant coatings
