Proconex Helps Stock Local Food Bank

As summer approaches, food pantries usually see a decrease in their inventory. Proconex employees were happy to help alleviate some of these issues and collected 288 pounds of food for a local food bank.

Items donated included canned soup, pasta, peanut butter, fruit and other tasty items to help families through the summer months when children are out of school and school meals aren’t provided. These items were donated to a local food pantry, Daily Bread.

The Daily Bread Food Pantry provides food to over 300 families per month and helps to eliminate hunger by providing residents in need with programs that provide food, promote the value of nutrition, and instill hope.
