For DeltaV customers looking to proactively maintain their system’s health, our SMEs can provide routine software and hardware monitoring, system backups and disaster recovery solutions, DeltaV and version control database maintenance, and maintenance and/or changes to DeltaV security configuration.
Our Emerson-Certified Experts have access to current, relevant factory-certified training programs driven by industry technology requirements. Each expert has completed a minimum of 210 hours of training and achieved specific criteria for practical experience servicing customer systems. All SMEs must keep current with additional training, in order to maintain their certification.
