Overnight Trip
PROCONEX is offering an overnight trip for those who would
like to gain the benefit of Emerson Exchange, and
are unable to attend the full week event.
The itinerary is as follows:
Pick-up/Drop-off locations are located in
Royersford, PA and Claymont, DE
Tuesday, September 30th:
Depart 12pm from PROCONEX or
Depart 1:15pm from Claymont, DE Park & Ride
(Rte. 95 and Naamans Rd)
Arrive at the Gaylord National Resort
and Convention Center.
Check-In. Enjoy exhibits and dinner.
Wednesday, October 1st:
Participate in a full day of Emerson Exchange
and enjoy sessions of your choosing.
Depart at 4:30pm for return trip to
Claymont, DE or Royersford, PA.
Total trip price is $825.00
(Price includes transportation, meals, conference registration,
and
hotel accommodations.)

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing, via confirmed e-mail to: jenna.armato@proconexdirect.com. All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before August 28th 2008. Cancellations received after August 28th, 2008, will be refunded only 33% of total trip cost. No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be made after September 25th, 2008. Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time.
